Rework, repair and non-automation processes are becoming more and more demanding due to advancing technology and automation. As a result, the demands on rework systems and their operators are constantly increasing. Qualified manual soldering personnel make a decisive contribution to ensuring product quality. The seminar provides comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the selection, handling and use of suitable tools and aids for the production of highly reliable hand soldered joints and rework. The evaluation of the results according to IPC standards are essential learning contents. Through a final performance review, graduates demonstrate their acquired knowledge, which is confirmed by the certificate of attendance.
